To meet the local climate and logistics intensity, HIG Modular engineered a full-frame steel structure solution with pre-integrated PIR insulation wall panels and thermally broken sandwich roofing. We adopted a ridge height of 9.5m to allow high-rack pallet storage and used anti-condensation structural coatings on critical frame sections.
