As countries increase their investment in educational infrastructure, fast, safe, and environmentally friendly campus construction solutions have become a new market demand. HIG MODULAR recently completed a two-story primary school teaching building in Rwanda, Africa, using an all-steel structure system. It took only 45 days from design to completion, fully meeting the local government's emergency expansion plan.
The teaching building uses a galvanized steel keel + color steel sandwich panel system, which is earthquake-resistant, moisture-proof, and termite-proof, and is particularly suitable for hot and humid climate areas. The roof is equipped with photovoltaic panels and natural lighting systems to achieve "zero energy consumption" operation during the day.
Compared with traditional brick-concrete buildings, the construction period of steel-structured schools is shortened by more than 60%, and the subsequent maintenance cost is extremely low, providing a practical educational space solution for governments and public welfare organizations.
